Refund & Cancellation Policy

Service Attempts

Payment is for professional process-serving services and reasonable service attempts. Successful service is not guaranteed, as completion may depend on factors outside our control, including the subject's availability, location, access to the property, and information provided by the client.

Cancellations

Assignments canceled before dispatch and before any work has begun may be eligible for a refund, less any payment-processing fees, administrative charges, or costs already incurred.

Once an assignment has been dispatched, travel has begun, an attempt has been made, research or skip tracing has been performed, documents have been prepared or filed, or other requested work has commenced, fees associated with that work are non-refundable.

Rush & Same-Day Service

Rush, priority, and same-day service fees are non-refundable once expedited work or dispatch has begun.

Mileage & Third-Party Costs

Mileage, court fees, filing fees, records fees, investigator or vendor charges, and other third-party expenses already incurred are non-refundable.

Client-Provided Information

The client is responsible for providing accurate documents, addresses, identifying information, deadlines, and service instructions. Additional fees may apply when additional attempts, addresses, research, or services are required because information provided was inaccurate or incomplete.

Approved Refunds

Any refund approved under this policy will be returned to the original payment method, subject to the processing times and policies of the applicable financial institution or payment processor.

Agreement

By submitting payment or authorizing an assignment, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
