Service attempts are documented through written records. GPS data, photographs, timestamps, audio/video recordings, and other supplemental evidence may be collected when available, appropriate, and legally permitted, but are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed upon in writing.
Successful service, specific completion dates, and court acceptance cannot be guaranteed. Fees compensate for authorized services and work performed, including unsuccessful attempts, subject to the applicable service agreement and law. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.
